Joseph Kurek
Joe Jr. has grown up in the flooring industry. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Aviation Management in 2002 he held a couple of jobs before deciding to follow in the family business. Jr. has taken the company from retail into the fabrication world. He is always learning new techniques and coming up with new ideas and processes to add more design options for the architects, contractors, installers and end-users.

Joe Kurek
Joe has over 35 years experience in the floor covering industry. He started with Milliken & Co. carpet division back in 1977 as an industrial engineer. He took a sales territory in Oklahoma in 82. Went to work in the retail flooring in Eastern Arkansas before moving back to OK. He spent 12 years with Laufen Ceramic Tile in Tulsa where he held mutliple roles. At Laufen he was the only technical support for the United States, held a sales territory, and was the inventory control manager. He became a Certified Tile Consultant in 1990.
In 2003 Joe started Broken Arrow Discount Tile. He also owns JoCo Assembly LLC in north Tulsa. He works part-time for CCS.

Sheldon Walker
Sheldon has been with the company for 6 years now. He operates the bullnose machines and helps out with the watejet projects in the shop.
